If it is already cooked i wouldn't go more than a day unless refrigerated but im my opinion any more than a day the already cooked ones don't taste very good. If you buy a un-cooked one, you will have plenty of time to cook it.

If you really can't pick one up on your way home Monday, I wouldn't but one any earlier than Sunday to eat on Monday.
