If I get an egg on CBEFM...
Does that really detect ovulation? I know the OPKs don't and only detect a surge...does the FM really know that you Oed...Just worried that I am not ovulating or something

CBEFM will only detect the surge. The only thing that will confirm that you are ovulating is a blood test or if you are temping.

OPKs and the monitor both detect surges of LH. The only way to tell for sure that you have ovulated is to go for a blood test and have your progesterone checked.
If you have no issues, and have regular periods, then the monitor/opk should be detecting your surge and you will ovulate about 36 hrs after.
Why do you think you are not ovulating?

Only temping and the doctor can confirm O. But as the PP said, if you are getting AF regularly and don't have any issues then you should be fine!
