if i want to get a TAN and not burn????
what's a good spf to use??? i dont mind al ittle redness but nothing extremely painfull.... i have a wedding in july and i'm gong to mexico on monday.. i want a tan but no burns!!

I use 30
I am pretty dark (italian) and I get good color and just red for the day when I use 30

I just went to Jamaica over Memorial Day weekend and I wore SPF 30. Normally at home I'd wear 15 but the sun is SO much stronger down there. Fortunately, I got a great color and my friend who wore 15 was burnt like a lobster!

I'm pretty fai and I can get away with 15 in the summer around here, but I think when in Mexico your closer to the sun and can burn easier, so I'd say 30, but maybe buy both and see if you can get any color with 30 on if not use a lower #. have fun!!

I am so embarrassed, I use a 4 or 8 on my body, 15 on my chest, hands and feet and 30 on my face...

I typically use 15 on my body and 30 on my face. If I am going to to the Caribbean I always make sure to use at least 30.

Why dont you start off with 30 and then after like 2 days go down to 15?
