If I was the seller of this coop Id wanna know - VENT ETA: Huge Thanks to Christine @ Century 21 Dallow
DH and I have been wanting to see a coop that we saw listed on mlsli for awhile.
I emailed the seller agent and got no response. Then I called the Real Estate Agents office and left 2 messages --with people (not on vm's) and still no one has called me back to view this apartment!!
I wish I could tell the owner/seller of this coop b/c w*t*f* I have been trying for weeks to get a showing and this agent is obviously dropping the ball!!
I dont think it is in contract or anything b/c it is still on mlsli and craigslist, weekly!!
I just want to see the damn apartment! UGH
ETA: I just had to say a huge thank you to Christine w/ Century 21 b/c she got me ALL the info I have been inquiring about within 15 minutes!!! Hopefully we can decide what we want to do regarding this apartment now.

Re: If I was the seller of this coop Id wanna know - VENT
Let me know if you want help. If you FM me with the ML #, I can look into it (find out availability, etc.). I can also get you in there for a showing.
I am sure you know, but some people don't, so I'll say it -- any real estate agent who belongs to the Long Island Board of Realtors can get you into ANY listing that is on MLS, regardless of who the listing agent/office is. I think it benefits buyers to find a real estate agent they like and trust, and then work consistently with that one agent. That way, you are not spending all of your time calling multple offices to see multiple listings, waiting for calls back, and hoping to get info. It's much easier and more efficient to have ONE agent do the research and legwork for you, and set up multiple appts for you in one day. As a buyer, it costs you nothing, and it can alleviate a lot of stress to have someone working with you.
Sorry you are frustrated! Let me know if I can help (no pressure, though!).

Hey-- i remember when you were looking a while back. Did you decide what neighborhood or complex you are most interested in? if so, FM me bc I know a few realtors that specialize in some of those areas, and in coops specifically.
