If it wasn't so hot outside...I could swear hell has frozen over!!!
WOWEE WOW WOW WOW! I am still speechless!!!  
I come home a bit early from work today and what do I see before my eyes. DH. Outside. In shorts and a t-shirt. Ipod in his ears and water bottle in his hand. I asked him what he was doing and he said he was going for a run.  MY DH - GOING FOR A RUN?!?!?!
For the past few years he has been the most supportive partner anyone could ask for - the absolute best! He eats healthy with me. He has learned to cook healthy along for the both of us. He will even go to healthy cafes with me to eat out instead of our past usual fare. Never once has he complained about it.
Long ago when I started my weight loss journey I begged him to help me start running. I thought I needed a partner to stick with it. He BEGRUDGINGLY went with me twice and never again.
Since then running has become a passion of mine. He comes to my races. He picks me up after I've had a long run. I ask him to come join me every now and then and the answer is always a resounding no.
He will go with me for walks when I ask him to. He will play tennis with me or go to the batting cages, again when I ask him to. He has (or I should say had) no desire to ever do any of these things because he is a real homebody and loves nothing more than to come home after work, sit on the couch and play video games.
I am in utter shock and amazement. I can't even tell you how proud I am of him, I cannot wait till he gets back so I can hear all about it and why he went in the first place  So many people have caught the running bug from me at school and we even laughed about it because he seemed to be the only one that was immune.
This just goes to show all you can do is set an example and hope that one day they want to do it for themselves. I hope he keeps it up

That's wonderful! Today would have been a tough day to start running - it was so hot. So for him to go out even for a little bit, he must have been so motivated!

Go Ray!!!! 
I do everything fitness related without DH. He's even gone so far as to say "well, this is what YOU signed up for" if I complain about doing it myself. Little things like what Ray does would really go a long way, but he just doesn't get it
