If its not one thing its another! Thick lining?
So as you all know I got u/s this cycle to see what was going on. My first on CD 143 my lining was 12mm. The second on CD 16(I O'd on CD 17) was triple stripe and 17 mm! Isn't this extremely thick? My estrogen was in normal ranges. Has anyone had this? From what I've read this could mean polyps, fibroids, ashermanns or something else that starts with a "C" that I don't even want to write

ETA: And no other doctor has noticed this before?? Did he do an u/s after you O'd? If so, what is it now??

Actually he didn't say jacksh!t about it!! Michelle said it was rather thick and after research I agree. Could be I have a polyp or fibroid and that happens to be where he measured. I am going to see if I can get a hysteroscopy where they put a camera in my uterus and look around.(Under anasthesia)
Oh also he didn't do another u/s. You knwo he was probably busy with a ....conference or whatever it is he does all day

Believe me, I'm not prize either. I told you I think he hates me. Bronson likes me though, because his wife runs the andrology lab and she likes me, so he has to like me through association.

I hate to say this but maybe you should look into a different RE. This guy doesn't really seem to be too on top of things for you guys.

I was just going to say this!!
I used to go to a popular, local RE (I won't mention who), but he worked more on his tan than on his patients!! I left after 1 IUI, thank God.
Weren't you thinking about changing REs? Sounds like he isn't even paying attention to you!!

Thanks everyone. I was trying to stay on LI because of my job. I don't have a lot of vacation days and its hard to go into the city a few times a week especially if i need sono's. It's hard because my problems are not typically addressed by an RE. I can GET pregnant but can't STAY pregnant. It is very frustrating.

There are other places on Long Island. I use LI-IVF and there is also North Shore...both are very good and maybe if you explain your problems they will be able to assist you (even if it's by referring you to someone else altogether). No matter what, it has to be better than this wild goose chase you seem to be on with this RE.
