Have you tried pureed fruits and veggies? He may not like the jarred baby foods which I have heard of before.

Are you sure our kids are not related.
Did he like it before and then just stop? Or did he always hate solids?
It seems like Paige is finally getting the hang of solids. Its also hit or miss with her. Some days she will eat a whole Stage 2 for a meal and some days she will only eat a half a jar. I even tried giving her some food that we eat, like potato, etc. and she did not like it at all.
It could be teething? Does he have any teeth?

I posted the same thing about 2mths ago when DS was 9mths old. He refused to eat all jarred food, would gag on table food but would drink his bottle. He would eat yogurt and Earth's Best peas and brown rice. Lucky me it was only a short lived. It was due to teathing.

My son is only 5 months and we are just starting solids, but I've read that breast milk or formula provides all the nutrients a baby needs for the first year of life. Solids are kind of mostly for getting baby ready for what's to come.

John is all the sudden not wanting his fruits/veggies ( I did a post on this like two days ago) and drinking like 28-30 ounces of formula a day and it is all because of his teething. The top two are coming in and I noticed tonight that they are coming through the skin.

i agree with this.. and also agree it could be teething related. as long as he doesnt have any other symptoms going on i wouldnt worry right now.
