If something from E-bay was supposedly shipped on 6/20
Shouldn't I have it by now??? I am getting a weird message from USPS when I try and track it

Unless it was shipped as media mail, I would think a package shipped on the 20th should arrive by now.
What does the USPS site tell you? That they were electronically notified of a shipment but check later for information/updates?

it says that the shipper notified them that it was ready for shipping...but it doesn't necessarily mean that it was shipped....what ever the hell that means

I think that means that the shipper created an electronic label, but according to the post office there was never a pickup....

it sounds to me like the seller never actually brought the package to the post office (or had the post office pick it up). he generated the label, but it sounds like that is all he did.
did you try contacting the seller again?

I know! Im having the same problem w/ one of the people on EBay and its really pissing me off!!!!!
I have sent 3 emails so far. She pre-printed the label but no tracking yet although the website says it updates every evening. I will try tonite and there better be info.
She has my payment now send the damn package out!!

What are you talking about? I doubt the amount of fake merchandise on ebay is that much - I know there are sellers that are scamming people, but that is why it is important to read their past feedback, and see how many positives, neutrals and negatives they have.
If I was you - I would check their contact info - see if there is a phone number, and call them at their homes. If the info that is given is fake, then you need to contact ebay. How did you pay for the item? If you used Paypal, you can get your money back. Did you get insurance for the item?
