If u send a Hanukkah photo card to someone that celebrates Xmas...?
Do u write Merry Xmas on the back or is that tacky?
Last year I sent out Happy Holiday cards but this year the card I liked said Happy Hanukkah (and there aren't many cute Hanukkah cards to choose from). Half the people I send cards to celebrate xmas and I usually will hand write a message in the back but I'm not sure if I need to bc we always get tons of Merry xmas cards that don't say happy hanukkah.

I celebrate christmas but my jewish friends all send me happy Hanukkah cards and I send them Merry Christmas!!! I say leave it.

I usually do the generic Happy Holidays -
But as someone who celebrates Christmas, I'd hardly be offended if my friend sent me a holdiay card that said Happy "Whatever" --
Who cares? It's a card from a friend - KWIM?

Same here.
I would never be offended by receiving a happy Hanukah card even though I' Catholic. I need all the well wishes and blessing I can get

Yup, my friends do the same thing to me. I get a lot of "Merry Xmas" cards and I'm not offended so I don't see why "Happy Hanukkah" would offend. I usually do generic Happy Holiday cards. but I put Mason in blue and maybe hold a dreidel or something
