Funny, it's not often but tonight I am. I had to go to the store anyway so I picked up a tray of Sushi from the supermarket... kinda take-out.
I agree breakfast for dinner is good.
I saw that once in a money-saving book... breakfast for dinner is cheap and yummy.

you reminded me....my sister spent the weekend at my mom's house a few weeks ago...my mom told me that my sister woke up at 6:30 in the morning, and set off the alarm when she opened the back door to the deck...she was going out on the deck to read the paper, and eat a bowl of BEEF STEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! at 6:30 in the morning!!!!!!  BEEF STEW so EARLY!!?? blech!

I eat by myself a lot because DH is in school. I make easy things and make enough for leftovers to save the effort the next night. In the winter I make a huge pot of soup and just eat it all week.
