I don;t know if it makes a difference, I'm BFing, DS usually napped 1-2 hours, sometimes more, sometimes less---eating every 3 hours or so

Nap? What's a nap?
DS "dozes" at the breast just after he's finished nursing, then he's wide awake until the next feeding.
Good news is this makes him extra tired at night - he's sleeping 9-11 hours per night already - at 9weeks!

For the first few days he napped 2-3 hours sometimes 3 1/2. Then it all changed and he became the world's best light sleeper therefore came the catnaps of 20-30 minutes. 45 minutes was considered a great nap back then. As he got older his naps got longer and he would take 2 naps one for 3 hours and a second one for 1 hour.
At about I would say 18 months maybe it was 17, we were down to 1 nap a day which was for 2-3 hours. Then I would wake him up after 2 hours because if he slept for 3 then by bedtime he would be wired up and ready for play. Unless he needs it I won't let him nap past 2 hours. Of course lately his naps have been for 1 1/2 hours. But whatever. As long as he gets some naptime in.

She's like an alarm clock and it's usually EXACTLY an hour. Sometimes 45 minutes and on very RARE occasions 1 1/2-2 hours

DS is 11 weeks and he naps 1/2 hour between every feeding. Regardless of how tired he is, he wakes up in 1/2 hour like clockwork. He easts every 3 hours.

a couple of hours (maybe 1 -3 hours) it varied. I also breastfeed for the first 5 months don't know if that really makes a difference.

every 2 hrs..usually 30 min right after he finished a bottle..he has a short attention span so he didn't stay awake much when he was that young. Even now at 7 months he takes lots of little cat naps

At 2 months DS was napping for about 30 min-1 hour after his first AM bottle and then for 1-2.5 hours after his afternoon bottle. Alot of times we only got 1 nap out of him a day though!
DS isnt a good napper, but by 2 months he was sleeping through the night most of the time!
