If you don't belong go a gym
And want to workout to stay toned, for heart health and for strength what does your routine look like?
I cannot jog or run much I go for 30-45 min brisk walk at lunch I do 30 min interval or strength training type videos and sometimes pilates
How often should I be doing certain workouts?

I used to belong to a gym but I don't since DH and I moved.
I run 3-4x a week depending on what time I get home. I use weighted discs (10lbs.) for abs and do one of the T25 videos for legs rotating between them every other day M-F.
I didn't really LOVE the whole T25 set so I just picked the video I thought was the most effective.

Right now I'm going to hot yoga but I know this isn't for everyone, and often is more of a time commitment vs the gym.

Thanks everyone. I'm finding it difficult to figure out how many days of what I should be doing. And planning this in the short 30 min/4-5 days a week isn't easy.
I need a personal trainer!
