if you fly Jet Blue & how they treat gate-checked strollers -- ?
From LIF, I heard a few say that it's worth it to get a cover for strollers that will be gate-checked.
I didn't last time and all was fine, and I flew Jet Blue. I will be flying Blue again, so was wondering if any of you had a bad experience with treatment of strollers or anything.
Thanks.

No issues here. Stroller always came out clean and in one piece.

I have flown many times, with cheaper stollers of course b/c I refuse to pay for more LOL and I have never ever had a problem with any airline.

We used a cover but, the cover looked brand new when it came out.
Last week when we flew Spirit though, the cover came out black and ripped.

Flew jetblue in June and used a cover on our carseat and one on our stroller. The stroller bag (red) came back with black marks. The carseat bag was a black one and I really couldn't tell anything.
I will use the bag again in the future. It was cheap so why not.

The only problem we've ever had with them was our tray on our stroller came off sometime during the flight and I guess got banged around because it came back all scratched up. It wasn't a huge deal b/c it was a very inexpensive stroller. But we've flown them a bunch of times and gate checked a stroller and had no problems at all.

We flew Jet Blue in June. We put the car seat and stroller in gate check bags. I'm glad we did! They weren't damaged but there was a black grease or something on the bags. Glad it was on the bags and not the stroller and carseat. Better be safe than sorry.

Haven't flown jet blue yet but on delta and American I didn't bag my car seat or snap and go. Car seat a strap fell off and snap and go lost both cup holders. After that I just bagged the items in a black garbage bag. Better to be safe then sorry.
