If you gave birth at Good Sam, when did you get your DC birth certificate?

If you gave birth at Good Sam, when did you get your DC birth certificate?
DS was born on 5/1/07 and I have not received it yet. But I did receive the social security card. So I know everything was processed.

dd was born 8/16 and we received the birth certificate last week.
I would call the town (Islip) clerk and see if they can track it for you.

Madison was born on 4/27 then I called the hospital like 7 weeks later and they said to call the town......... I was still in the hospital on 5/1/07 i wonder if we saw each other!!

My DS was delivered by c-section at 7:30pm that night. When were you discharged?
