We did 20% of the cost before taxes. It gets divided among the 2 hostesses and the ride operators, pony ride person, etc.

I'm asking because I could swear I read somewhere that it should be a 20% tip on the paperwork... which to me is a lot. I used to work at Fun Zone doing birthday parties and tips ran anywhere from $5 to $25- never 20%. My other question is it 20% per hostess or total (as someone mentioned them splitting it up)...
Just trying to get an idea of what others have done. TIA!
