If you had more than one baby

Did you buy a different bedding set for each child ?


I'm team but just curious. I always assumed I would use the same bedding set for all my children.


I'm always curious when people get gender specific car seats, strollers and bedding. Do you buy them all over again for the next child ?

Even though we are team I made it a point to get everything gender neutral with the exception of the bedding. Even if we have another I will get a new bedding set

I am getting new bedding and a new stroller because my son is 4 and it is gross now.
I bought everything gender neutral before.

I am pregnant with #2 and we will be reusing the bedding. My ds (baby 1) never slept in his crib except for 1- 20 minute nap. So the bedding is basically new. And gender neutral since we did not find out with ds.

I am pregnant with my second son. I am reusing the bedding since it cost about $900 and is practically brand spanking new.

If I had a girl she would have gotten new bedding.

Almost everything I bought for DS is gender neutral and I'm planning on using the items with the new baby (car seat, bedding, etc).

The only new thing I'm considering at the moment is a double stroller. I am wavering back and forth between a sit and stand and a side-by-side stroller.

i had a and i got blue things and gender neutral things, thinking i would re-suse the stuff...

well when we found out i was having a we got all new things...

they will be 23 months a 1 week apart, but as my friends have said to me (and they were the ones who bought me my new bedding and the majority of new things) its a girl and she needs to be in new things...

if it were me, i would have gotten some new things, but re-used most of the gender neutral stuff as well.

both bedding sets w. some accessories were about $400 a piece... so they werent super expensive

I had a and we were team green so we got everything neutral. I'm having another and we are re-using everything from dd. They will only be 21 months apart. I do have 2 brand new crib sheets that I never opened from dd, so the new baby can use those. The only thing I'm going to buy are new bottles and either a sit-n-stand or a double stroller.

With the way I am with my own bedding (I change it according to seasons), I foresee myself changing it for each child.

We are not buying new bedding for the new babies. I still have my sons but honestly, I felt like it was a waste. $300 for a comforter that sat and did nothing...and Bumpers we used for like a week. LOL

I will buy nice crib skirts, sheets and a blanket vs comforter and save my money this time.

We will definitely be buying new bedding when I get preggo with #2. DS will be staying in his room and our offiec will be truned into baby #2 bedroom. I want it to be different then DS's. I probably won't be bying a new stroller or things like that. My set is kind of boyish (because it has blue) but still kind of gender neutral (because it's plaid.) And it's perfectly functional and in good shape. The only thing I'llprobably have to get would be a sit n' stand stroller. And I plan on trying to find one on Craigs List when the time comes.
