If you had your DC"s birthday party at Nunley's (or been there for one ) PLEASE come in!
I'm having DD"s bday party at Nunley's next week and would like to spruce it up a bit with some extra decorations, centerpieces etc.. but I cant get any definitive information from the place about the set up. Everytime I speak to someone I get different responses!
So.. I was just wondering, if you have had or been to a bday party there, how is it set up?
I understand there are two long tables for the kids to do the craft then eat?
Where do they set up the cake?
Where do they set up any food for adults?
What kinds of table clothes cup/plates etc do they use and how do they set it up?
Thanks! Any information you can give me would be AWESOME!!

If you had your DC
We had DD Bday Party there in this past summer and it WAS AWESOME!
They only have blue table cloths which I wasnt a fan but what we did was leave those out for the craft and then switched to disney princess for pizza and cake. They have a cake table (bring an extra table cloth for that) and I made them set up a favor table (again extra table cloth). I dont know why they dont have a choice other than BLUE. Also you cant bring balloons in BUT we had a banner made (celebrate express.com) and hung it on the gate in front of the carousel and it was very cute. It was a great party. We did the private one since e didnt want it open to the public. We did the princess theme.

If you do a search for my party you should find pictures. They set upthe tables in the left corner when you come in. They put the table with adult drinks and food along the wall/windows near the craft/party tables. The cake table is set up just past the brass ring platform. This has been the set up for our party as well as for others we have been to there. Both in summer in winter months. This is also the set up they have when we rode the carousel during a public party. I don't think they allowed balloons. No one has had them at any party we have seen there. I don't think they let you hang things on the walls but I could be wrong. The parties we went to only had special table clothes (princess) and special plates and cups no real decorations. One party a parent had a carousel music box out on the tables as a centerpiece. We used their stuff for the parents, their table cloth for the craft, the our tablecloths for pizza/cake and our plates and cups for the kids.
Why don't you call and talk to them. Maybe they can tellyou when the next public party is and you can go ride the carousel and see what they have done. Otherwise you could just stop by this sat or sunday during the private time (10-12). I would not go in. But the walls are glass and you could quickly peek through the glass at the set up without disturbing the party.
