If you have a corner pedestal sink...

Where do you hang a mirror? Chat Icon

Seriously, I am confused, lol! I have a tiny half bath with a TEENY TINY corner sink, and equally small toilet (we will renovate this bathroom soon) but there is no mirror, and sometimes I like to look at myself. Chat Icon If I hang the mirror to the right of the sink, the door will hit into it...to the left it will look odd. Above the toilet maybe? (a more decorative one??) HELP! Chat Icon

My parents have a corner pedestal sink and they hung their mirror on the "left side" wall. There's a window on the other wall so they really had no choice but I think it looks fine.

Re: If you have a corner pedestal sink...

what about a small corner med. cabinet. I saw some at home depot this weekend with mirrors.

If not, I think on the left would be ok. Maybe hang a small pic on the right side to balance it out

A friend of mine has this and it looks great. She has one of those Pottery Barn frameless mirrors.

Re: If you have a corner pedestal sink...

A similar alternative, if there isn't enough room for a corner cabinet, is to just fill in the corner a bit with some triangular pieces of wood, and hang the mirror on the support you just installed.

That's what my Dad did years ago in one of the bathrooms in his house.
