If you have a house alarm
can you arm and disarm it remotely, like with a keychain button similar to a car alarm? If so, which company do you use?
My ILs system has this down in FL and it's very appealing since it's a nightmare trying to get out and set the alarm by myself with the 2 kids.

yes. It's like a car remote entry. They usually have on/off/ stay/panic.

We have a keyfob and we have Slomins. It's so convenient when you have groceries or other packages in your hands.

We also have the remote and I love it (I sleep with it next to me when DH works nights) We used APS Security!

you can arm it and disarm it with a remote like a car remote you should go with adt they are great they saved someone that i know's life 
there number is 1800-238-2727
there great and if you have any problems they are open 24/7

yes, but i don't keep it on my keyring. i have brinks. i keep it in my nightable in case we forget to turn it on or if DH goes to work and doesn't turn it off before opening the door.
