If You have a Verizon LG phone can you help..
My sister sent me a pic, I clicked to open it and the screen froze
I cant turn the phone off or anything.
Did this ever happen to you?
Any Advice?

Take the battery out. It will turn off and then you will be able to restart it. Don't try to open the pic again. It may have a virus or something.
