i have been researching solar a lot and know a lot of info now. i just want to know if anyone has had a complete system installed and how much was it. someone who knew someone who did it told me that they installed the system for $23,000 and got back $20,000. But i have done a lot of research and between lipa and state rebates it does not equal close to that. so maybe they are just making up numbers? (can't remember what their friend said so rounding numbers??)
