If you have Netflix...
how long does it take for them to receive your DVD back and send out a new one?

I dont have it but my mom uses them and i think the DVD's get returned to somewhere in Farmingdale...so it takes a day maybe and then the new ones are sent out the same day...

I'd say 3-5 days. Sometimes it is shorter and sometimes it is longer. One hint is you can send all your movies back together in 1 envelope.

Same. I live in East Northport - the distribution center is Melville. IN fact when they sent me one from queens, I'll return it in a Melville envelope for faster service

Netflix mails out from all different places depending on where you live. They try to get the closest to you, but on occasion if they are out of that movie at that center, they will mail it from a different one. Usually, takes 2 days...
I only know this because we lost a movie in the mail and had to call....

We live in Melville and one of their centers is in Melville so it takes a day or so to get new ones. What a great service, so much better than going to Hollywood Video IMO.
