If you have the Melissa & Doug Train Set
If you have this train set....
do you think it's possible for your kids to break a piece??
We JUST opened this as RJ got it for his 2nd birthday. I noticed that one of the pieces is already broken. Do you think it came broken, or the kids could have snapped it when I wasn't looking?? I called CS, but I don't want to expect a replacement for free if my kids actually broke it.

My DC got this for Christmas. I don't think a child could break it. i think it was probably defective from the manufacturer.

we have had it for 2 years...played with non stop...seriously. never broke.

M&D Customer Service is awesome and they will probably send you a replacement for free.
My parents bought DD a table and chair set from them and one of the chairs cracked. They sent me a new one for free. Well I never put it together and over ayear later I called them asking for hardware because I realized it never came with it. They didn't even make the table anymore yet they located a new set of hardware for the chair AND the table and sent it to me free of charge.
I love M&D stuff and will always buy it because they back their products!
