if you haven't gotten your "BRU rewards r us" reward certificate, you need to call them!
according to their website all reward dollars (which expire 1/31!!!) should have been IN HOME as of yesterday 1/7. this is on the FAQ. the next question says that if you haven't gotten yours yet to call them.
so yesterday i called. the woman was like "oh they'll be there this week". i told her what the website said and she checked it and couldn't believe it. she said i was the first one to call! and it was like 4pm. so most people must not be aware of it. it specifically says "in home" not "mailed out" so something isn't right.
i told her if i don't have them by friday i'm calling back and will demand an extension. it's not so easy to get to BRU and to give out a reward that expires to soon isn't right. she told me i SHOULD call if i don't get them and that i'm completely right.
i'm owed $20!! i've only received $5 so far.
so give them a call...they don't even show up on the website anymore since the promotional period ended.

I got mine awhile ago (and spent it today). Now I wonder, the points I accrued today- when will those $$ expire? I hope not 1/31 because I don't think I can spend anymore money at BRU

I dont even have my CARD yet! 
Signed up online back in Oct
They say the certs were mailed end of the month. So I have to keep waiting.. and my SECOND request for a card is also processing.

it was only up to dec 24 i believe
i know, it's so ridiculous--i just spent a fortune there the other day. it would have been nice if i had my $20 certificates to use!
call them and complain! i'm sure they're getting a lot of complaints right now especially with the certificates not going out by the date THEY specified

i just called again because i STILL haven't received them. she said people have been calling and they're issuing "incident reports"  regarding it.
i gave her a LOT to include in my report. i feel badly that she had to listen to me
you NEED TO CALL if you are owed money!!!

I received $15 about 2 weeks ago but i'm still waiting for 15 more. I also am annoyed because I usually do my BRU shopping online and when I tried to use it I couldn't. I think I wil give them a call.

I thought it clearly says that the points earned will be carried over..
I am sure I saw that right under the progress bar.
