If you kept diapers/pull-ups for nighttime, when did you finally ditch?

This Monday, DD will be diaper-free during the day for 2 weeks. She's doing awesome. She only had 2 small accidents and those were both during the first week. I think I just finally got her when she was really ready (she'll be 3 in Jan and has been inconsistently using the potty for over a year!).

I've kept diapers at night, but not sure when to lose them. She does wake me up sometimes to go or other times, she'll still wake up dry. In the past 2 weeks, she's had maybe 2-3 wet diapers in the AM.

Should I just go cold turkey at night now, too?

I stopped using pull-ups when DS woke up dry after 3 or 4 consecutive nights.

I stopped when DD could go 5 days in a row without a nighttime accident.

I kept them on for piece of mind until DS told me he didn't want to wear them anymore - maybe 2 months.

This is very interesting to me... DD is 3, took to peeing in the potty right away, scared to poop. She seems like she is YEARS away from nightime underwear.. she wakes up with a diaper full of pee and poop every morning... that's supposed to stop naturally? I can't say I know much about this...

My DD has been diaper free during the day for a month now, and just starting to wake up dry. She will have 2-3 dry mornings, and then a full pull-up. I'm going to keep her in them until she goes at least a week waking up dry. I'm pregnant and the last thing I want is to change crib sheets in the middle of the night.

I praise her if she's all dry in the morning, and don't say anything about the wet pull-ups.

When they were consistently waking up dry we stopped using them.

DS has been potty trained for a year.
He has never woken up dry...
I'm sure the time will come!
