If you know someone who needs food in Nassau County
Please pass this on for anyone needing food:
The Red Cross at Cedar Creek Park on Merrick Road is throwing food away because they have so much and no one is going there. They even have bags of food they want you to take to give to neighbors. Sandwiches, fruit, water, milk, coffee and OJ. That is lunch. Dinner is a hot meal. Tell your friends to go!! Please copy this info and paste it on your status. It appears no one is getting this information

I think this might be an old issue because I recall reading this exact text the day after the storm. Unless it is happening again in which case,  .
