If you practice yoga,
where do you practice it?
Currently we belong to the Y and I take a class there 1x a week.
2-3x a week i do videos at home
I'm considering either adding or moving entirely to a studio now that i'm a little better at it and more comfortable with it.
Does anyone currently practice at a studio regularly? If so, which one and what do you do - pay per class, buy a package of classes or go with a monthly (unlimited) fee?

Too funny bc DH and I were just doing it in our living room. We will maybe join a hot yoga class in the spring. Right now, we dvr Namaste Yoga on Fit TV.

Hot yoga at a studio in Rockville Centre. I love it! So good for the body and soul.
