if you purchased a home through a short sale
how long did it take for your offer to be accepted with the bank, and you heard anything?

first time we put in an offer in Jan - it took until May to hear anything - so 4 months - that was with Wells Fargo as the 1st mortgage and SunTrust as the HELOC....
we submitted another offer for a short sale and we are waiting to see if the seller is going to send it to the bank (almost 100% sure as per their realtor)

Our offere was accepted in January and we are still waiting...
Supposedly we are in the final stages and should close in August.
