If you rent a house in the Carolina's...
How far in advance do you book?
I am trying to tell my family that if we need 2 or more houses on the ocean with the amenities we are looking for that we should do it now for next year.
Do they book up fast?

yes - they do book fast. When I did a beach house there - we started our talks September/October/November for the next summer.

Houses down there book up rather quickly....We use to book right after we came back from our trip to ensure we got the houses we wanted....
