If you see a chiropractor? Acupuncture?
Who do you see in the Eastern Nassau area? What made you see one and does it really help? I've been seeing an ortho and pain mgmt dr since Oct with some improvements but am looking to explore other options. My ortho also mentioned acupuncture, anyone try that? I'm really scared to see a chiro, I'm afraid they'll break me

I see a chiro to manage my back pain. I tried to go at least once a week but im too busy so I cut it down to really whenever I feel like it. My Dr is very gentle and it doesnt feel like he is breaking you, although my last one did feel like he was breaking me 
My dr is in Westbury. FM me if you want a recommendation
