If you submitted pics to a modeling agency?

I decided that I want to give it a try. Does anyone know what kind of pics they are supposed to be. Are professional pics allowed? TIA

They usually look for pics you took, natural shots not to busy in the backround.. I am sure prof could not hurt though

I sent in a picture of my DD in the bathtub!! Cute shot, only waist upwards! She was selected for a call back, but DH was pizzed at me and does not want me doing "modeling" with her Chat Icon I did not call them back, so who knows where it could have gone.

I also sent in a picture of my DS and it was basically a head shot - shoulders up. I took it myslef. He was politely declined, saying they did not see a fit for him at this time.

I sent about 4-5 pictures. Most were closeups and taken by me. I did submit one I took at KK because I couldn't resist. He got a call back from one company but I never pursued it. I just know I couldn't commit to how much time it takes and running around. He is such a ham though (I relaized this more after thaking his 2 year old professional photos and he stood on teh stage yelling more) - I think he would have done well and I kind teeter on calling them again...since it was only really less than 6 months ago that I did this. The company I did call just asked when I come in to bring more pictures and they will go thru them all with you - they preferred no professional ones.

I was told that at this age only snapshots are necessary. And that professional ones don't matter at all. I was also told to mix it up. At least one full body shot would be good.
