If you test with OPK with FMU...
Does that mean you O that day, not the next?
I've been testing with FMU. Yesterday morning I got a negative but at night, around 9PM, I thought I felt ovulation - so I tested again (but without a hold or anything) and it was negative - but not sure how accurate since no hold.
This a.m. I got a +. Do you think I O'd today or will tomorrow?

The day of your positive means ovulation will happen within a day or two..I would bet tomorrow you O but you need to get busy now!! I used FMU with OPK's and I'm 100% sure I ovulated the day after my positive. I got pregnant that month too!

You were a temper right?
Did you ever temp and use OPKs?
The only way I knew that I O'd 2 days after my +OPK (or 1 day after my AM +OPK) was by confirming with temps...

I think you should BD every day....when you get your HCG surge, it means ovulation will happen within the next 12-36 hours.
However, by the time HCG actually hits your urine, it can be 12 hours, so you are likely ovulating at the time of your HPT, and/or very soon after. I recommend BDing as soon as you get that +, and the next day too!

you can also check your CP tonight and tomorrow morning to see if you O'd. i know i had no tolerance for temping  but that worked for me.

I have not temped this go - round. Maybe I will after a few months, but for now I'll trying to avoid more to do.
I know that you usually when you get a + OPK you O the following day, but I was curious b/c I actually FELT (or at least thought I felt) the egg being released Saturday night (the cramping, semi-shooting pain in my left ovary area).
Either way our bases are covered. We BD CD12-14 in the p.m. and CD15 & 16 in the a.m.

When I was temping, I did notice I usually O'd the following day - but back then, I didn't use FMU for OPKs, so I wasn't sure if that made a difference.
