If you use Frontline and have a dog with short fur...
do you find the frontline leaves their fur so wet, takes forever to dry?
Sometimes it seems that since you can't really "part" the fur, that it doesn't even get to the scalp.
Does anyone else notice this? Do you have any tips? Do you worry it's not going to work right/absorb right?

It was never a concern for us.
DH and I do it together so that there is one more pair of hands holding the hair apart so that it gets directly on the scalp. We also put the applicater right on the scalp and move it up and down without lifting it so that it goes right to the scalp. His hair does get a little wet from it, but I'm not concerned with that at all.

I usually put it on when he is calm and start petting his back to move the fur away and apply. Pup dosent even realize it. It stays wet for a few hours, no big deal.

I had the same experience - as careful as I was it still seemed to be all over her fur and wet in that area. By the end of the day it was gone though and I just brushed her so her fur looked normal again.
