If you use the Gas Buddy/Sandy Search App on your iPhone or iPad...
This is more of a PSA than anything else, but beware that some idiots are updating the Gas Buddy App status to "No Fuel" at gas stations that actually DO HAVE fuel.
I went to 3 gas stations yesterday to fill up my mom's car in Queens and all 3 gas stations were noted as "No Fuel" or "Closed" on the app, when in fact- there were filling up since yesterday morning. I noticed this more for the GULF stations. There was one in Jamaica, Queens which said "no gas and no delivery scheduled for next X hours" and in fact, there was fuel there since 6 am that day.
So just be aware that sometimes the app status isn't accurate.

My DH found this out this morning.
He was out and got gas after driving around for 20 minutes to find a station... the updates were completely inaccurate.
The past week and a half have further confirmed many things I already knew about some people Some people will find EVERY opportunity to be an @$$hole to their fellow man.

I am finding the opposite actually...i am finding moron s that are driving around and updating stations that are CLOSED! it is so frustrating!
I was at one literally 3 minutes after the price update posted...it was very obviously closed and it in no way looked like it was open any time recently
