If you used Ikea kitchen cabinets...
who did the demolition and installation, especially if you modified the layout (i.e. moved plumbing, etc.)

Our handyman did it... worked out well, I love our cabinets. (and we had to move plumbing).

We used Cedar Construction as per Ikea. I wouldn't recommend them tho....

We bought one cabinet just to see if we liked it and installed it ourselves. But if we were to do the whole kitchen are contractor would install them. My contractor said he never installed them but would install anything we gave him.
