If you wear a hat...come in!
How often do you wash it and HOW do you wash it?

I wear one everytime I run (I got sun/age spots last year, I suspect from running.)
I think my hat goes awhile w/o washing. Whenever I can think of it. Although anytime I pass a sprinkler, I run the hat through - so it gets a little bit! LOL

I wear a hat when its really bright out. A lot of time I dunk it in the pool to "wash it" My husband on the other hand has one of those lightweight nike baseball caps. He wears it into the shower and washes it in there with shampoo.

I wear a visor in the summer and a hat in the winter. I wash after every run...it's soaked when I finish! I just toss it in the washer with my clothing and then let it air dry.
