If you wear scrubs for work and are pregnant...
What are you planning to do as you get bigger? I have to buy my own (not hospital dispensed) so I need to decide on a size to last me until the end. I've already up sized once earlier in my 2nd tri. My size medium unisex scrubs are not going to last much longer, I am 26 weeks now. Do you think a large will be big enough for the next 14 weeks or do I get XL? Do I get overpriced, cheesy looking maternity scrubs?
I'm worried the XL tops will be swimming on my shoulders. For reference, pre pregnancy I was a size 8, athletic build so I'm not meant to be wearing such huge clothing except for this new, awkwardly shaped body haha

I never went beyond size large. Same body type as you: 5'8" and fit into size 6-8. 8 now post baby 2.

I love my maternity scrubs! I felt so much more comfy in them. I only went up one size and now at 37+ weeks they are getting a bit snug. They were my best maternity clothes purchase.

This. The pants I bought, while a bit silly looking (super wide legged for some odd reason), were the most comfortable things ever. I also bought maternity tops and never got too big for them.

I bought the cherokee maternity scrub tops that are stretchy and grow with your belly. I've been wearing them since about 20weeks and they still fit good at 33weeks. Or I wear a regular maternity t-shirt with a scrub jacket. And I'm still wearing my pre-pregnancy scrub pants.
