if you were going to a play on a Saturday??
would u go to the 2:00 showing or the 8:00 showing....how would u eat? b4 the show? after the show??

it depends
we go to the 2 show and eat afterwards
the only drawback is you often get the understudies, who sometimes are better than the performers

I do sometimes. We live out east, so sometimes it's a chore gathering everyone together by 10:30 or 11:00 to head in.

it depends on the show and the cost of the tickets. Last show we went to we went to the 8 show and ate before, but we both got sick from the food. it really depends

I go at 8. 2:00 always pops up so quickly on Saturday mornings. I have Sat. morning errands as well. I usually have an early dinner, go to show, then go for dessert(by dessert, I really mean a bar )

We have done both, and I like both times. It's nice to have dinner after the show and be able to be leisurely. When we go to 8 pm shows we never seem to time it right, so I end up dragging DH into Sephora for a little while between dinner and the show.

i like both, and i guess it depends on my mood, but If we're going to eat also, then i'd go to the 2pm show and eat afterwards... but thats b/c my stomach always hurts after i eat

I go to whichever one I can get the best seats for, although on Saturdays, I tend to lean toward 8pm. I'd go to dinner first, then the show. If I go to the 2pm show, I'd go for an early dinner afterward.

Depends who with...
Me & DH the 8pm dinner first
Me & Mom or with a group afternoon show leisurly dinner at Carmine's, Sardi's, or Cafe Un Deux Trois after.
