I just started again
I am trying to go 5 days a week
4 days duing the week and 1 weekend day
I run for 30 minutes each time and the only weights I am doing right now is arms
I do abs 2 or 3 times a week

i try to go 4 days a week...i do lots of cardio cause i wanna thin down..and abs every other night...and i just started my first yoga class tonight....oh man do u sweat!!

I try to go 4-5 days per week. Tuesday--a little cardio and then a strength/weights class with abs Wed--aerobics class plus abs Thurs--same as Tues Sat--Aerobics class and a strength/weights class Sun--this is my flex day. Whatever I do is bonus! The class keep me going and motivated!

6 to 7 days, 30-45 minutes of cardio and weights.....usually
Monday: All Cardio Tuesday: 30 minutes cardio and total body routine Wednesday: All Cardio Thursday: same as Tuesday Friday: All Cardio
and then either Sat or Sun, sometimes both, cardio but I try to get outdoors (weather permitted) to do some rollerblading or walking with my god babies

4 days a week, anywhere from 20-60 minutes running or speed walking. I do weights for arms shoulders and back when I have the time, maybe 2 out of the 4 days And abs 4 times a week

Just started back I am trying to do at least 4 days during the week & one day on the weekend.
I do a 2 mile powerwalk outside if weather permits & working my way back up to 30 minutes on our elliptical machine with resistance 2.
I do abs every other night

I go 4-5 times/week. I do cardio everytime for 30-45 minutes. I switch it up between the elliptical (interval setting, resistance varies between 4-7) and the arc trainer (resistance between 15-20).
I'm also focusing on upper body strength - arms, chest, shoulders, back.

4 days a week, sometimes 5.
I do a half hour of hard core cardio, whether it's running, elytical, or hiking at a steep incline. I try to change up what I do every day so my body doesn't "get used to it".

MY goal is 4 days a week, but i'm perfectly happy with 3
20-25 mins cardio (Elliptical aka Crazy legs) - every time at gym
then, day 1- shoulders and tri's day 2- back and bi's (a little abs here) day 3 - legs
day 4 is usually a class- pilates or something to that nature.

I used to do 6x a week but I may have to just do 5 for now, I'm just too tired and that virus that everyone had kicked my butt.

5 days a week...
When not in training: 3 days running 5-7 miles 2 days cross train - spin class & elliptical 1 body sculpt class a week 2 days arms 3 days abs and core strength
When training for the marathon (starts in June...cant wait) 4 days running - 3 days 6-8 miles 1 day long distance (10 + miles) 1 day cross train 2 days lower body strength 2 days upper body strength 5 days abs and core strength

My schedule varies from 4-6 days a week, 3 days out of the week its either spinning, stepclass or cardio class with weights, the other 2 days its going to my trainer for 30 min sessions of weights and abs its about time I got back into it, I was such a slcker right after I got married and right through the holidays!
