If you workout in the morning

what do you eat beforehand? i'm usually not that hungry when i wake up but i'm starving if i don't put something in my stomach before hitting the treadmill. ideas?

Depending on the length of my run either a banana or granola bar. If I have about a half hour-hour wait time I will have a bowl of cereal.

honestly, i'm bad, i don't eat. but i get to the gym at like 5:20 when I do a morning work out. I'm afraid if I pause to eat something I'll never get to the gym.

I eat a small bowl of cereal, usually some kashi go lean with skim milk. If I dont work out before hand I get very dizzy and feel like passing out.

This is what I have been eating lately...

Either:
-1/2 cup kashi go lean with 1/2 cup skim milk
-3 egg whites and a slice of ezekial bread
-1 packet of instant oatmeal and one whole egg

After the gym I always have either a luna bar or a special K protein bar or a container of light muscle milk (100 calories).
