If you your first DC was 3 years+ when second came along...
What did you do about a stroller? Kerri has not been in a stroller for a long time and I am wondering should I get one that she could stand on when I bring her and the baby out? What did you do?

No Help. I am in the same boat. I have a 3.5 year old and a newborn. What to do about a stroller.

My sister got a Sit N Stand for when her 3rd was born. At that time her middle child was 3. He never once used it.
When out for walks he rides his trike with the older one (5) and the baby is in the stroller.
For stores the older one (5) holds the 3 year old's hand.

I got a sit and stand and I also got a double jogger. He still fits in the stroller and there are times when he just doesn't feel like walking so in the stroller he goes...lol.
These are my two strollers...

Well, you know this doesn't apply to me, but I thought I'd throw in my 2 cents anyhow....
Katherine was 20 mos. when Abby was born and I got the Sit and Stand...but I can probably count on one hand the amount of times we've used it since she turned 3. In fact, I really only used it once in a blue moon before that anyhow. I trained her really early to walk!
Since you work, will you be really out a lot alone with the two? Is Kerri a lunatic?
We also have a really cheapo double stroller...Rite Aid style. Once or twice we did a weekend trip and used that for Kate at the zoo, etc. while Abs was in her stroller. Even then she barely used it.
If you can get a cheap one, go for it; if not, I'd skip it.

Our 3 year old still loves the stroller! We have a Graco IPO - holds up to 50 lbs... For now we plan to hold our Newborn in a Sling while strolling

Yeah I don't want to spend a lot of $$ and since she has not been in a stroller for so long I don't think she would get much use out of it. I still have my Maclaren so if we go to the zoo or something Kerri can hop in that.

We have a Sit-n-Stand, but at age 3, DS was walking pretty good, so he didn't want to be in it too much. We used it on occasion, but rarely. In hindsight, we probably shouldn't have gotten it, and just had DD in the full stroller, and had the umbrella stroller available if we needed it for DS.

We don't use a stroller for her. She just walks when we are out. If we go for a walk, she's usually pushing her doll stroller, or riding her scooter or bike.
