Are there showers and lockers? I think someone answered this for me on a nother post but I couldn't find it. Anyway what's the deal after the race for cleaning up? TIA!

I'll be there too! I've never done it before though. I was just planning on staying in my dirty clothes Chat Icon

You'll be dripping mud and soaking wet, definitely bring a change of clothes!
There is a bag check, "showers" and group changing tents for men/women.

I did the last one and am running it again this weekend. I love that it's a trail course.

Just wondering, what were some of the things you had to do last year? Rope climbing etc?

Of course a few mud pits haha, Tire run, short wall climb, cargo net climb and crawl, lots of steep hills, the actual running course was harder than the obstacles, they really weren't challenging. It's definitely more of a fun run than a hard core challenge. We had a blast because we just had fun with it.

OK sounds perfect because despite a pretty good effort I've come to the realization that I am just not a runner!

The course is so hard, but I love a good trail run! The obstacles are almost like breaks from all those hills, lol. There were def. more obstacles this time. And that pit at the end was muddy water last time, not thick, goopy mud! Glad you had fun, I'm definitely doing it again next time it comes around!

YES! I welcomed the obstacles because it gave me a break from the running lol. The last hill/beach trail was killer!
