If you've used Sierra Remodeling for your home...

I know they told me that they take care of getting the permits for the work, but I forgot to ask if that fee was included in their estimate.

DH will be calling them to find out, but I'm impatient.

Also, are permits expensive? We're doing a rear dormer in the TOB.
