Im a computer dummy...anyone use GIMP.org and can help me figure out how to use it..

Probably the best way to learn is to just take a photo (make sure you make a copy first... ), then just start playing.

A lot of what you'll start with is under TOOLS
Under TOOLS is "Paint Tools"

I really like the Clone tool. That's what I use to erase cuts, scratches, stray hairs, unwanted strangers in the background, etc.

Choose the Clone tool, and you'll see a dotted circle. Hold the <CTRL> down and click on an area. Now, move the mouse and hold the left button down. You'll see that you are cloning the area where you originally picked. If you pick a spot very close to a scratch, you can clone the exact color and texture of the skin to cover over the scratch.

To open a file, click on "File", then "Open". Browse to the file you want to edit (There's a preview on the left side), then click the "Open" button on the bottom right.

i use gimp too... there are tons of tutorials online if you google it.. i have used this site-
