I'm actually scared
Since Christmas I've gained 7 lbs! I know I've been eating out and going to parties, so I haven't been good. It's got to stop. I hate how I look with the added weight.
If my goal is 1200 calories a day, what should the breakdown be?
I just had an egg and turkey sausage and a glass of water. So that was 180 calories. Is that good or should I be having more for breakfast?
Is there a general breakdown for how many calories per meal, or does it not matter how I distribute them?
I'm SO upset. I was going so well before Christmas and now that progress is ALL GONE. I am back up to a 10 but all my pants are an 8.

1200 calories is not enough. It takes your body 1200 calories just to live. That doesn't include thinking or moving. If you just follow a sensible, balanced diet and exercise routine you will see those lbs come off

How much is enough? 1500?

1500 is good, depending on your activity level. You will lose weight and still be healthy with a 1500-1800 calorie diet.

I try to go to spinning class 2-3 times a week, but it's hard because I am writing my dissertation and doing experiments. I don't have much time.
