I'm back from my baby shower...
So, I'm back, and I'm just completely overwhelmed by the love that my family and friends showed. 
I'm going to fast forward to the day of the shower. I got ready for the day, and had to disappear for a while so that mom could finish dressing the room. I went to sit with my BFF, and we arrived @ 2.
The living room was decorated so beautifully... My mother took pictures of me from when I was little and had them blown up and put around the room.
Balloons were everywhere, baby themed confetti all over the tables, baby bottles and baby shoes were everywhere!
We played a couple of games, while Daddy was passing around appetizers (he was the cook for the day), and then lunch was served. My mom ordered wraps and salads from The Healthy Eatery in Syosset, and they were a hit! Besides that she made a broccoli casserole and stuffed mushrooms... a whole bunch of little munchies like spanish empanadas, chinese veggie and seafood dumplings, chicken skewers - there was so much food!
We went and opened more gifts... I am truly blessed with my family and friends. My daughter got so much stuff! She got her stroller, her PNP, her umbrella stroller, clothes, bibs, toys... there's just so much, I don't even know what to say! The laughter that we all experienced, the hugs... it was wonderful! Even Brian's stepmom called me the next day to say how blessed I am.... *TEAR* I love everyone in my life...
During our cake our priest came in and gave us a blessing... I was such an emotional mess... I started crying during that too!

Thank you ladies! The shower was wonderful... There were a couple of duplicates that I received, so it's off to BRU for me soon. Not a biggie though.
The love that I felt for us was enormous.... It's mind blowing - you know that you are loved, but then to feel all that love is entirely different, and I can't wait til Kristina is here so that I may shower her with it as well...
For all of you ladies that haven't had your shower yet, I hope that yours is as much fun and as wonderful as mine was
