Fiber One rasin bran and a banana ........
I ate my PB/J on rye for Bkfast and snacked on my grapes and apple already -
I'm trying to cut down on the salt so my feet don't swell b/c swollen feet = frumpy flat shoes = unhappy Marisa !!

Tuna on whole wheat italian bread and confetti rice (brown rice, peas, carrots, chopped basil in a little dressing).

grilled chicken, avocado and tomato on a roll with balsamic vinegar and some cut up green peppers. maybe some chocolate for dessert.

my taste buds are still not all functioning thanks to whatever is wrong with me (cold or bronchitis)...
going to go with two weight watchers whole wheat english muffins with peanut buter & no sugar jelly...
