Im bouncing on an exercise ball trying to get this kid out...
and now my legs hurt because im so out of shape!!! I cant win!

worked for me too!!
Along with a day of walking, a great dinner out, and DTD..... out came baby ON her DD.
Good Luck! Saw your other posts - you look great, and so does the baby's room!!!

We the other night and it was not pleasant Dont think I'll be doing that again. But I may try the spicy food!

Sit on it and rotate in circles. Totally helps opening the pelvis and getting the head to descend! Worked for me when I was pregnant with DS.
