I'm certified
I studied long and hard, attended Disney University, went to Mickey Mouse classes and I officially got my ears....
Seriously I am officially Disney Certified. I can now add Disney Certified Specialist to my resume

Basically if someone calls and wants to book a trip to disney they get to have their call handled by a specialist and not just any travel agent.
I have access to special disney sights, ability to travel to disney and learn about the hotels and theme parks and when someone wants to book disney i have an incredable hands on knowledge about the parks, tours, programs, hotels and things to do.
It's really just a formal title to make the customer feel good that someone important is working on their magical vacation.

I told my boss I just feel so multi-talented. I am customer service supervisor, now Disney certified, whats next for me CEO

Thanks everyone. I am learning so much about disney.
Their is a lot to do for adults at disney. Right now the wine and food festival is going on. It's until Nov 30. Sounds so awesome.
