TY so much ladies!! I stayed the same this past sunday. I just "worked out" on the bike..I did 3.2 miles and burned 116 calories..I hope I can become addicted to working out..Oh, and 20 crunches.. I know its a very slow start..Not to make excuses but I do have back trouble and I have not worked out in a LONG TIME! I have a lot to lose and Im going to focus and try my best.
